**As our customer, should you purchase these types of oils we urge you to be knowlegable in the use of the oil, by purchasing an information booklet, visiting your library, the internet, etc. Some oils can cause allergic reactions, others should not be used by pregnant women, or people with certain medical conditions. (note, 10% means essential oil is reduced by cutting with a carrier, for volume. Does not diminish the fragrance of the E/O, but it gives our customers a chance to purchase very expensive oils in a smaller volume)
Lavandin Grosso (French Hydrid ) created by crossing true lavender with spike lavender
It’s use is the same as for Lavender, although the fragrance is slightly sweeter, floral, herbaceous. Wonderful addition to your homemade soaps.
Lavender: Traditionally used as an anti-inflammatory, balancing, relieves pain, calming, relaxing. Can be supportive in cases of anxiety, stress; small burns, cuts, insect bites. Lavender works exceptionally well on burns. It can be used neat, undiluted, on any burn where the skin is unbroken; it will bring quick pain relief and speed healing. Lavender is considered anti-septic, anti-inflammatory and regenerative, so virtually all cuts, bruises and scrapes will also respond well. The overall action of Lavender oil is both calming and regenerating. (a 50/50 mix of Lavender and Tea Tree can replace any sort of topical anti-bacterial formula used under band-aids and small dressings).
