**As our customer, should you purchase these types of oils we urge you to be knowlegable in the use of the oil, by purchasing an information booklet, visiting your library, the internet, etc.
Some oils can cause allergic reactions, others should not be used by pregnant women, or people with certain medical conditions. (note, 10% means essential oil is reduced by
cutting with a carrier, for volume. Does not diminish the fragrance of the E/O, but it gives our customers a chance to purchase very expensive oils in a smaller volume) Vertiver: Vetiver is an ancient remedy within Ayurveda – the root and its essential oil are used to alleviate thirst, heatstroke, fevers and headache. The essential oil is applied as part of a liniment to relive inflammatory disorders of the joints and skin, and may be used for rheumatoid arthritis and eczema.

Vetiver essential oil is used for emotional grounding and stabilizing the emotions. It is considered relaxing to an overheated, hyperactive mind an nurturing to an insecure self-identity.

Vetiver essential oil is said to provide stimulation to the endocrine glands (in cases of estrogen and progesterone insufficiency associated with premenstrual syndrome as well as menopause) and circulatory system, and may generally support a weakened immune system. Vetiver Oil has been noted to have an effect on lowering rapid heart rate and breathing, helping return the cardiorespiratory system to a calmer state.

Other well known traditional uses for Vetiver oil include application for arthritis symptoms due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Vetiver oil may also be useful acne, anxiety and depression.

Vetiver essential oil has been traditionally used as a tonic for the immune system, calming over-excitation, and for warming and reducing inflammation in joints.
Vetiver essential oil can be supportive for conditions of a weakened immune system, over-excitation, and joint inflammation.
